Pretend you are going to camp - pack lightly (we have very limited trunk space) and don’t bring expensive items.

The Essentials (required)
  • Sleeping Bag & pillow
  • Journal/notebook & pen/pencil for reflection activities
  • Cell phone & charger
  • Way to keep track of time
  • Needs to be able to wake you up in the morning & be portable. Cell phones work fine, but if you prefer watches or alarm clocks, bring them along.
    Clothing
  • Clothes for 7 days, 6 nights – including one night camping on the beach
  • Coat/jacket
  • Good walking shoes
  • Towel & shower shoes

  • Toiletries
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss
  • Shampoo, conditioner, hair brush, soap
  • Shaver and shaving cream
  • Contact solution & case, backup pair of contacts or glasses
  • Chapstick, lotion
  • Feminine hygiene products

  • Carry some cash in case something comes up, but you will not need to spend any money for food unless you wish to order more expensive items.

  • We will provide all meals & have ample snacks, but if there is something in particular you would like, bring it along.
